Please use the link here to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.


Purchases excluding SALE can be returned for a Stellino  Gift Card Only. Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available

STELLINO  reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received.

If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by STELLINO.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, items can be exchanged for another size, item or credit note within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges will incur additional freighting costs. In order to return your purchase, ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging and is in a resalable condition - Unworn and Sent Free.

  • used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
